In order to meet the international market demands, we imported an automatic bead blasted production line which is applied to surface processing of stainless steel and aluminum sheets.
Generally, the basic material are 201, 304, 316L, 430, 441, 443, and the surface would shown nice metal bright after finish. Our thickness range is 0.8mm to 3.0mm, and the standard size is 1219x2438mm and 1219x3048mm, what’s more, we could do the special width not more than 1500mm, and special length not more than 4000mm. Can be done as Silver, Gold, Black, Gold Rose, Bronze, Brown, Nickle Silver and so on, or customer’s color.
Black Bead Blasted Stainless Steel
This Decorative Bead Blasted Black Sheet is extensively utilized for both interior and exterior building decoration, as well as elevator decoration. The bead blasted surface offers versatility, allowing for various treatments such as etching, PVD, and more. Customers appreciate the diverse surface options available. Additionally, bead blasted finish can be combined with other artistic processes like vibration, Hairline, part PVD, part Mirror, etc.
To ensure superior quality, we primarily select raw materials from trusted suppliers such as TISCO, BAOSTEEL, and POSCO. These materials possess high density and low hardness, resulting in a polished surface that is visually appealing, smooth, and bright. Moreover, they exhibit enhanced suitability for welding, cutting, and bending.
We maintain rigorous quality control throughout the production process. The sheet undergoes bead blasting using specialized machinery. After thorough washing and drying, our inspectors meticulously assess the surface quality under optimal lighting conditions. Once the quality is confirmed, a PVC film is applied for added protection. We use NOVACEL brand PVC imported from Germany as our standard with a thickness of 0.07mm. However, alternative PVC options can be provided upon customer request.

For packaging, we employ fumigation wooden cases that are robust and designed for safe sea transportation. We are also open to customizing the packaging to meet specific customer requirements.
