In order to meet the international market demands, we imported an automatic bead blasted production line which is applied to surface processing of stainless steel and aluminum sheets.
Generally, the basic material are 201, 304, 316L, 430, 441, 443, and the surface would shown nice metal bright after finish. Our thickness range is 0.8mm to 3.0mm, and the standard size is 1219x2438mm and 1219x3048mm, what’s more, we could do the special width not more than 1500mm, and special length not more than 4000mm. Can be done as Silver, Gold, Black, Gold Rose, Bronze, Brown, Nickle Silver and so on, or customer’s color.
Gold Bead Blasted Stainless Steel
These products find extensive use in interior and exterior building decoration as well as elevator decoration. The bead blasted surface can undergo additional treatments such as etching and PVD coating, offering customers a range of surface variations. Moreover, bead blasted finishes can be combined with other artistic processes like vibration, hairline, partial PVD, or partial mirror finishes, enabling unique and customized designs.
We prioritize the use of high-quality raw materials from trusted sources such as TISCO, BAOSTEEL, and POSCO. These materials possess high density, low hardness, and exceptional surface characteristics. Polishing the material results in a nice, smooth, and bright surface that is ideal for welding, cutting, and bending applications.
Our process undergoes strict quality control measures. The sheets are first polished using the bead blasted machine. Subsequently, they are thoroughly washed and dried. Our inspectors meticulously examine the surface quality under optimal lighting conditions. If the quality meets our stringent standards, a protective PVC film, typically the NOVACEL brand imported from Germany with a thickness of 0.07mm, is applied to safeguard the surface during transportation and handling.
For packaging, we utilize durable fumigation wooden cases that ensure the safe transportation of our products, especially during sea transit. We also offer customized packaging solutions based on specific customer requirements.
