We developed cross-hairline machine by ourselves to perform multiple line in different directions on the surface of stainless steel, and the surface texture is clear and generous. Generally, the basic material are 201, 304, 316L, 430, 441, 443, and the surface would shown nice metal bright after finish. Our thickness range is 0.7mm to 3.0mm, and the standard size is 1219x2438mm and 1219x3048mm, what’s more, we could do the special width not more than 1500mm, and special length not more than 4000mm. Cross hairline surface is neat and beautiful which widely used into kinds of outside decoration of buildings and elevator decoration. We could do many treatment on the cross hairline surface such as etching, PVD and so on. The surface would be different and welcomed by customers. Cross hairline finish also could be done together with other artwork process like bead blasted, vibration, part PVD, part Mirror, etc.
Black Cross Hairline Stainless Steel
Cross hairline black stainless steel is a specific finish for stainless steel surfaces, characterized by intersecting fine lines in black. Achieved through a process of etching and coloring, this finish is commonly employed in architectural and design applications seeking a distinctive, modern aesthetic. The black color is typically attained using the PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) method and is alternatively known as a black hairline stainless steel sheet.
This surface finds frequent use in public facilities, kiosks, indoor and outdoor decoration, and elevator adornment. Various treatments, such as PVD and partial PVD, can be applied to the embossed surface.
Regarding raw materials, we typically select TISCO, BAOSTEEL, and POSCO materials due to their high density and low hardness. After polishing, the material surface becomes smooth, bright, and suitable for welding, cutting, and bending.
In terms of process quality control, the sheet undergoes initial polishing via a Cross hairline machine. Following washing and drying, our inspector assesses the surface quality under light and applies a PVC film if the quality meets the standard.
For PVC, the standard choice for Cross hairline surfaces is NOVACEL brand PVC from Germany, with a thickness of 0.07mm. Alternative PVC types can be supplied upon customer request.
Our packaging consists of fumigation wooden cases, suitable for sea transportation, and can be customized based on customer preferences.
Pre-delivery inspection is a standard part of our production process, ensuring consistent quality.
