3. Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel itself has good corrosion resistance, and it is more corrosion resistant after vacuum titanium plating treatment, while the corrosion resistance of color oil spray paint is poor, and it is vulnerable to the erosion of chemicals and moisture.

There are some differences in quality and price.

1. Quality: stainless steel vacuum titanium plating is a layer of titanium metal film plated on the surface of stainless steel through vacuum coating technology, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and stable and lasting color. Oil paint is painted on the surface of stainless steel by spraying a layer of organic pigment, which has a rich choice of colors, but it is easy to fade and wear.

2. Price: stainless steel vacuum titanium plating production process is complex, the cost is high, so the price is relatively expensive; The production process of color oil spray painting is simple, the cost is low, and the price is relatively cheap.

Stainless steel vacuum titanium plating is more durable and stable in quality, but the price is higher; Although the price is lower, the color oil spray is easy to fade and wear. Of course, color oil is not pvd coating in the true sense.
